Question 1

What does NetQual actually do?

Accepted Answer

NetQual is a fintech company that helps businesses set up and support payment technology. We help you select payment equipment, configure mobile checkout, and put the connectivity in place that keeps everything running — in stores, restaurants, mobile businesses and live-event venues.

Question 2

Is NetQual a bank?

Accepted Answer

No. NetQual is a fintech, not a bank. We provide payment technology, equipment and connectivity solutions, and we work alongside third-party payment platforms whose products and pricing are provided by those companies.

Question 3

What kinds of payments can I accept?

Accepted Answer

Supported hardware and platforms can accept chip cards, swiped cards, contactless cards and supported digital wallets. The exact mix depends on the devices and platform your business is set up with.

Question 4

Do you work with Square and Netevia?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Square and Netevia are third-party platforms that are not owned by NetQual. We help with selection, deployment, configuration, training and ongoing technical support around those solutions.

Question 5

Can NetQual support live events?

Accepted Answer

Live events are one of our specialties. We help event operators deploy mobile POS devices for bars and vendors, set up ticketing with barcodes and QR codes, run box-office check-in, and provide the venue connectivity and on-site support to keep it all online.

Question 6

Can I get custom tickets with barcodes or QR codes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tickets can be branded for your event and issued with scannable barcodes or QR codes for entry. We can also help configure a box-office setup for on-site ticket sales and check-in.

Question 7

What if my internet goes down?

Accepted Answer

Supported devices can continue accepting payments during a temporary loss of connectivity. Transactions are stored securely and processed automatically once the connection is restored.

Question 8

Do you work with high-risk businesses?

Accepted Answer

We review high-risk merchant inquiries case by case. Submit an inquiry through our High-Risk Merchant Program page and our team will let you know what may be possible for your business type.

Question 9

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Pricing depends on your business type, volume, equipment and the platform you use. Contact our team and we will walk you through the options that fit how you operate.

Question 10

How long does it take to get set up?

Accepted Answer

Timelines vary by business type and equipment. Once we understand your needs, we will give you a realistic schedule for approval, hardware delivery, configuration and training.

Question 11

What support do I get after setup?

Accepted Answer

Our team assists with configuration changes, device questions, connectivity issues and training for new staff. For events, we can provide on-site support during the event itself.

Question 12

How do I get started?

Accepted Answer

Use the contact form and tell us what service you are interested in. A member of our team will follow up to understand your business and recommend the right setup.
